Is the founder profile really free?

Yes — free, not a trial. Creating a profile takes about two minutes and needs no card. You get your Fundability Score out of 100, the number of investors matched to your stage, sector and cheque size (over 800), the grants you qualify for, and a monthly score that updates as your details improve. You only ever pay if you choose to buy something: the €10 full report, a deck review, help with a grant application, or the Founder Plan.

How is the Fundability Score calculated?

The basic score is built from what you enter at sign-up: your stage, sector, whether you're raising, your one-liner, website and Business ID. It's out of 100 and each gap comes with a concrete fix — 'Add your Business ID' or 'Describe your traction' — so you know exactly how to raise it. The full €10 report goes deeper: it scores your traction, team and figures against what investors in your sector actually fund at your stage, and the Founder Plan refreshes it every month so you can track progress as you close the gaps.

What does the €99 unlock include, exactly?

Everything, for €99 a month or €219 every three months (saving €78): the names, fit reasons and contact routes of every matched investor; intro emails written in your voice, sent and followed up for you; interested investors booked straight into your calendar; feedback on your pitch deck by theme; the full report refreshed monthly; and grant applications drafted for you, reviewed by a real grant expert and tracked from your portal. The €10 report is included. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Do I need a pitch deck to start?

Accepted Answer

No. You see your score and matches without one — plenty of founders join before their deck exists. If you upload one later, we read it and return theme-by-theme feedback (the story, the numbers, the ask), and a sharper deck raises both your score and how many investors say yes to an intro. Deck feedback is €49 for a single review or €499 for a full rework with follow-up.

Can you help with grant applications?

Yes. We draft your application to real programmes — currently Business Finland's R&D funding — against its actual criteria and questions, and a grant expert reviews every answer, comments and suggests rewrites before you submit. You talk to the expert directly through your portal. Options start at €99 for a draft, €399 for a draft plus expert review, and €1,900 for end-to-end help including the budget. The report and Founder Plan show which grants you qualify for first.

What happens after I join?

You name your startup and fill in a short profile — stage, sector, raise, one-liner. You immediately get your fundability score with ways to raise it, then your portal opens with your matched investors, grants and report. Nothing is sent to anyone: investors only hear about you if you send an intro request, and you see how each one responds.

Who sees my information?

Accepted Answer

Only you until you decide otherwise. Your profile, score and report are private to your account. Investors see your name and materials only after you send them an intro, and each intro email carries an opt-out line. We don't sell data or share lists — intros go one founder to one investor at a time.

Question 8

How do payments and cancelling work?

Prices are in euros and VAT is added at checkout (25.5% in Finland). Everything is bought per service — the report, deck reviews, grant help — or through the Founder Plan subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically: monthly on the same date each month, quarterly every three months, and you're emailed a receipt each time. Cancel from your Billing page whenever you like; you keep full access until the period you've paid for runs out, and nothing charges after that.
